The CRQM project module combines classic and agile project management with APQP maturity level assurance according to VDA and a commercial project view. Tasks, sprints, Kanban board, phases, milestones and Gantt schedule run on one shared task engine; a project can mix or switch methods without losing data. The maturity matrix RG0–RG7 rates every new part per level with a traffic light, and the gate workflow records who requested and who decided an approval.
The central workflow engine models document verification, invoice approval, expense reports and intercompany transfers as multi-step processes configured in the database per company and site – without programming. Conditional branching, deputies, time limits with escalation targets and a complete audit trail are built in; open approvals can also be handled on a tablet.
The document management system recognises text in five languages, makes documents searchable in full text and suggests supplier, document type and order numbers through self-learning classification. Conversion, OCR and classification run entirely on company-owned infrastructure – documents never leave the system.

Expenses with OFX credit card import
Import transactions from an OFX file, photograph receipts with the tablet camera and match them by drag and drop. Foreign currencies are converted at the official daily rate; a cover sheet PDF documents the approval history.
Intercompany without double entry
A sales invoice to an affiliated company creates the counterpart's incoming document with one click – including line items, PDF and purchase order reference – and enters their document verification directly.
OCR and classification without cloud services
Text recognition in German, English, French, Italian and Polish, TF-IDF-based classification per company, versioning, QR payment part extraction and watermark print protection – all within your own system.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we run a project in an agile way and still map our customer's APQP gates?
Yes. The agile and phase-based views work on the same task base and can be mixed within one project. The maturity matrix RG0–RG7 and the gate workflow run independently of the chosen method; each phase can be assigned a maturity range and shows a traffic light derived from it. Project members request approvals, while project managers or managers decide them.
How do e-mails, Office files and drawings get into the project, and can they be found later?
Files are uploaded by drag and drop directly in the project or in the correspondence journal. An internal service converts Office, e-mail and image files to PDF while the original file is retained. The document is created in the DMS, passes through OCR and is then searchable in full text – additionally structured by folders and labels from the project template.
What happens to an approval when the responsible person is absent?
If an assignee is marked as absent, their designated deputy is notified as well and can process the step. A time limit in hours and an escalation target can also be defined per step. Processors can forward a step with a stated reason; each of these actions is recorded in the audit trail.
